Privacy policy

Indexa is a product of Barikreativa (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal data we collect through indexa.now, why, and your rights over it. The data controller is Barikreativa — contact ivan@barikreativa.com.
What we collect
- Enquiry / lead data you submit via forms (get started, search audit): name, work email, store URL, and answers about your store (catalog size, current search, needs, timeline).
- Audit data: the store URL you enter and the public search results we test on it.
- Technical data: browser user-agent and, where present, UTM parameters, to understand where enquiries come from.
- Preferences: your cookie choice, stored locally in your browser.
We do not knowingly collect special-category data, and we do not sell your data.
Why we use it (legal basis)
- To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote or audit — on the basis of your request / our legitimate interest in doing business.
- To run and secure the website — legitimate interest.
- For optional analytics — only with your consent.
Who processes it (sub-processors)
We use trusted providers to run the service. They process data on our behalf:
- Supabase — database & hosting for enquiries.
- Render — website & application hosting.
- Microsoft 365 — our email.
- Green API (WhatsApp) — internal notifications when you contact us.
- Google Analytics 4 — anonymous usage analytics, loaded only after you consent.
- Google Fonts — fonts served to your browser.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to follow up and, if we work together, for the duration of the engagement plus what the law requires. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Email ivan@barikreativa.com and we'll act within one month. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
