30-day pilot
Thirty days on your store. A clear decision at the end.
Start with a free audit. If Indexa is a fit, pay only the setup fee to evaluate it for 30 days on your real traffic. At day 30, review the results and sign the managed-service contract to continue.
Included in the evaluation
Set up, integrated and tuned for you
- Dedicated search instance and catalog sync
- Storefront integration with a keyword fallback
- Typo tolerance, synonyms and semantic search tuned to your catalog
- Visual merchandising and search analytics setup
- Relevance tuning from your real queries during the evaluation
- A day-30 review against the baseline and targets agreed before launch
What you pay
Setup fee only
The setup fee is quoted privately for your store before the pilot starts. There is no managed-service monthly retainer during the 30-day evaluation.
The ongoing service is quoted separately. Continuing at day 30 requires your signature on the managed-service contract.

Three metrics to review together
We agree on the starting baseline, measurement window and store-specific targets before launch. No universal uplift promise: traffic volume, consent and tracking coverage affect what 30 days can tell us.
Zero-result rate
The share of searches that return no products. Compare it with the starting baseline and review the queries that still fail.
Search CTR
The share of tracked search sessions with a product click. Use the same definition and tracking coverage before and during the pilot.
Search-assisted revenue
Revenue attributed to tracked search sessions, alongside revenue per search session. Attribution shows search contribution; it does not by itself prove incremental revenue.
Day 30
Review the evidence. Decide whether to continue.
We review the agreed KPIs, remaining gaps and the ongoing service proposal with you. To continue, you sign the managed-service contract. If you choose not to sign, the evaluation ends and you do not move onto the managed service.
If the data is insufficient, we make that clear in the review. The decision is yours; continuation is not automatic.
